So helpful! My cat was treated extremely well and I got the update consistently twice a day. The emergency service was top notch! It offers reasonable fee and complete services to assure my cat’s health. Will be back again for sure!

My dog’s ear was injured and bled during grooming. (This has never happened to him in 10 years of grooming elsewhere). The haircut was uneven and did not match the reference photo from their brochure. When I raised my concern, the response was defensive and referred to their T&C instead of taking responsibility. I paid in full but will not return. I would recommend choosing a more experienced groomer elsewhere if you expect professional result & service.

Grooming here twice is good, clean results for cats with solid white fur, the staff are kind and patient in handling pets.

Bulk For Pet is a fantastic one-stop shop for our furbabies! 🥰 They have a thoughtfully designed dog hotel and offer grooming services for both dogs and cats. The store embraces a holistic approach, offering everything from raw food and handmade treats (available in bulk—hence the name!) to accessories, toys, plushies, shampoos, and more. Plus, they have Plet Diner, a potato bar serving delicious potato dishes—perfect for pet parents to enjoy while shopping. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. A must-visit spot for pet lovers!

[2022/08/08] My first time visiting the clinic since they moved. You can park your car more freely as the road is wider. I have visited other vets but this clinic is still the cleanest and my most favourite. Waiting room is a bit small (around 3mX3m), but has an AC. The vet's room is a bit roomier than waiting room, but only has a fan. I guess it was to keep it warm for the sick cats. The vet explained anything that possibly goes wrong with my cat and answered my questions. The cost is a bit expensive but it was worth it. Note: two of my photos were from 2020, the other taken in 2022 [2020/06/13] Cleanest vet I've ever been to. Friendly staff and veterinary. It's a bit cramped but it's definitely comfortable. They also sell imported pet-related goods (vitamin, medicine, etc).
