5 months agoHonestly, this clinic's service is excellent. I'm really appreciate the doctor, staffs and paramedic teams.the place is so comfort, clean and cozy. The amazing thing is that there are several doctors with different skills and certain kinds of animals. Thank you for the excellent service. Keep it up!

5 months agoHave been going to this clinic for months, and still the best clinic we have ever been to. Especially recommend for people with big dogs that have joint issues, the grooming and day care are in their first floor which the dogs can reduce some extra up and down walk.

a year agoClean and comfy! All the staff are so nice and welcoming. I took one of my kids to get groomed there, honestly I was a little bit nervous because nowadays a lot of abusive groomers here and there. But this place has an open grooming station where owners can see inside through glasses. I immediately on ease! They took care of my kid so well! My kid wasn’t afraid at all and even loved to get to know all the staff 😆😆 Recommended!! Will go back there again for sure.

10 months agoThank you hewania surabaya & dr. Sartika & dr.Herdy __ for the best service, the vet even stayed the night at the clinic to take care of my puppy during her critical time. The clinic is super clean too. Highly recommended. Please make the clinic available 24 hours
