a month agoMy dog’s ear was injured and bled during grooming. (This has never happened to him in 10 years of grooming elsewhere). The haircut was uneven and did not match the reference photo from their brochure. When I raised my concern, the response was defensive and referred to their T&C instead of taking responsibility. I paid in full but will not return. I would recommend choosing a more experienced groomer elsewhere if you expect professional result & service.

a year agoFirst time trying home service grooming and my dog seems comfortable and enjoying the bath and trimming hahaha, will do some more grooming reservation here. The groomer is friendly, gentle, and patient. Recommended home service grooming in Surabaya! Thankyou petime~

My dog was groomed by Izatama for the first time and he did a great job. He was super friendly and patient with my dog. Keep up the good work!
