I truly felt calm and satisfied with the spay and neutering services and inpatient care. Our two pets were loved like their own, from helping pick them up and drop them off, to keeping their cages and surroundings clean, feeding them, and cleaning them. Additional treatments like Imbooster, nutritious food, and free medication were provided. We were also allowed to visit frequently and were given updates (photos and videos) on their progress. Kak Putri's communication and constructive advice were excellent. Highly recommended. My senior dog needs some acupuncture sessions and boy, he isn't an easy doggy to handle with. He's very sensitive to any touches on his head area. But, drh. Osi handles him so well and patiently so my furry baby can feel comfortable. Acupuncture here helps my dog so much so he can be better. The price of acupuncture is affordable. All staff are friendly and patient, even the bapak security is also friendly and helpful. The new place is far more comfortable and has bigger parking lots, so patients don't need to park on the side of the road now. Thank you, drh. Osi and all of her teams!

If your cat is in the brink of life or death, don’t ask for their home service. I lost my cat due to having to wait for more than 30 minutes after the original appointment until the doctor arrived (it only took less than 5 minutes from the clinic to reach my house). It was unfortunate.

This is one of the best pet clinic so far, ever since we stay in Semarang. The clinic is quite easy to reach and open during both weekdays and weekend. The building consisted of two storeys building where the 1st level is the pet shop and 2nd one is the clinic. The veterinarians are realy helpful, responsive and friendly to us as customers.
