a year agoIf your cat is in the brink of life or death, don’t ask for their home service. I lost my cat due to having to wait for more than 30 minutes after the original appointment until the doctor arrived (it only took less than 5 minutes from the clinic to reach my house). It was unfortunate.

3 months agoMy go-to clinic. The service is very friendly, the admin is always quick to respond and provides solutions. Popon and Suki have been going to Aruna regularly for treatment when they have FLUTD, sterilization, and vaccinations. The prices are affordable, and the doctor is very friendly and communicative. Thank you, Doctor Aziza!! The place is also clean and well-maintained. Thank you, Aruna! Highly recommended.

The admin is also very responsive and communicative, so when my pet is at the clinic, she always sends updated photos and videos. The cost is also still affordable, even though it's in an elite housing complex. I'll be a regular here next time 🙏😊

2 months agoGreat and affordable service. My cat was vaccinated here yesterday for only 200,000 Rupiah and received a free vaccination book with full documentation. The admin is reachable via WhatsApp for questions, and the doctors are very communicative. 👍

3 months agoPet care close to home. Good & friendly service. Got a vaccine promo for wooly. 🥳 When he came home, he still brought cat food. Love Aruna so much. 🧡🧡
