a month agoI truly felt calm and satisfied with the spay and neutering services and inpatient care. Our two pets were loved like their own, from helping pick them up and drop them off, to keeping their cages and surroundings clean, feeding them, and cleaning them. Additional treatments like Imbooster, nutritious food, and free medication were provided. We were also allowed to visit frequently and were given updates (photos and videos) on their progress. Kak Putri's communication and constructive advice were excellent. Highly recommended. May everything go smoothly, be blessed, and be healthy for Kak Putri, all the pets, and all living beings be happy. Thank you again for your excellent service 🙏

3 weeks agoI highly recommend this sterile facility. Putri always updates Choky's progress from pre-surgery to post-surgery, and continues to monitor him after he returns home. The location is also very easy to find. Continue to be successful, Putri. May every act of kindness be blessed.

2 months agoHalooo Bestiee, kenalin aku Adek. Aku super duper happy pas bareng sama Ibuk, soalnya Ibuk ngajak aku main sm aku dikasih mam enakkkk. Semoga besok pas aku ditinggal lagi sm Ibuk kandungku, aku ada kesempatan ketemu Ibuk lagii yaaa. (Yaaa, walaupun aku sedih jg karna Ibuk kandungku terlihat pusing lagi mempersiapkan sesuatu hihi) Bintang 100/10 untuk Ibuk ❤🔥 Sehat selalu Ibuk dan keluarga yaaaa ❤🔥

2 months agoThe place was easy to find according to Google Maps directions. The service was excellent. My cat seemed very comfortable and was able to resume her normal activities even on the fourth day. The stitches were neat and secure. Thank you so much to Putri and the team. 7 months agoI really enjoyed getting spayed here. The service was excellent. The technicians were kind, friendly, and always responsive. They kept me updated on the progress throughout the spay process, and even monitored my cat's progress at home afterward. It's top-notch, and I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
