I swear the doctor is very good, Doctor Marza is kind and helpful. I have a cat in my boarding house that was hit and gave birth in a post-hit condition. There were 5 kittens and all of them died and the mother didn't have the energy to clean them so she buried them straight away. Luckily I arrived at my boarding house yesterday and couldn't bear to see the mother who was breathing alone. This afternoon the cat vomited mucus, because I also have a cat in my hometown so I couldn't bear it. I want to take the cat to the clinic but I'm afraid the cost will be hundreds of millions, finally I chatted with almost all the veterinary clinics near Unand and only Doctor Marza was fast in responding and willing to help, finally this afternoon I went with a friend to take this cat to Doctor Marza's clinic and MasyaAllah Doctor Marza treated this cat well, patiently, didn't choose between cats and was very helpful. After the cat was injected and given medication, he was finally allowed to take it home. Please pray that this stray cat will recover quickly and be healthy again. And for those who hit this cat and were irresponsible, remember that there is a God who is the ultimate judge.

The first time I brought my pet to Chibi Vet for treatment, it turned out his condition was quite serious and required hospitalization. Luckily, the doctor was quick to respond, and thank God, my pet was saved. After almost a week of hospitalization at Chibi Vet, my pet is healthy and can go home. What's a plus for me is that besides the friendly doctor who really cares about my pet, the room is clean and well-organized, with each room having its own function. Everything was great. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless, and the showers are hot. The rooftop is a perfect place to relax and meet other travelers. I definitely recommend staying here, especially if you're heading to the Mentawais since the hostel is literally just a 10min walk from the harbor. The owner is also very friendly.

Hi everyone! Please don’t hesitate to stay up for a short or a long time in this hotel. They really care about your experience to enjoy their hotel. When you get some trouble issue, anything. Just don’t worry and find the guest relations then she will fix your things up. I stayed at this hotel for 4d/3n. Get a little inconvenience at first time check in and they had really quick respond and give something to make your day up. It’s just to make sure their guest is comfortable for the rest you’ll stay. The grooming is really good. Laskar and his grandchildren are still at the pet park for grooming and bathing. Food is also cheaper.

Very comfortable mattress and pillow. Size was good but room no 209 without view, blocking by 10cm distance next building. Toilet was small and not provide floor towel. Not comfortable after shower. My experience was terrible during sleep around 1am in the morning, too many false alarm about 5 or 6 times. Very annoying and disturbing. Crew was good and breakfast too.

I had iftar at Hotel Santika Padang yesterday and it was a wonderful experience. The food selection was quite varied and delicious, and the atmosphere was very comfortable for breaking the fast with family and friends. The service was also excellent. One of the staff members, Diva (GRO), was very friendly and attentive to the guests. She warmly greeted us and made sure that everything was well taken care of, which made the iftar experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the team at Hotel Santika Padang for the great service. I highly recommend this place for iftar in Padang.

The best customer service ever. Brought my cat for an x-rays, both the tech and the doctor were so attentive and patient when working with my cat. I was traveling from Mentawai islands so my cat was able to stay at the clinic for 2 nights there. They walked me through every thing that they were going to do which gave me incredible reassurance. The clinic staff checked on the cat ‘s improvement almost everyday until my cat got better via text message. The costs is good, very fair. Highly recommend this place. Will absolutely be returning!
