A 4-star hotel that truly felt like a 5-star experience. The room smelled exceptionally fresh and clean when I first came in, which immediately made the stay feel comfortable and relaxing. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff were extremely helpful, polite, even before my stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and well-maintained, and every interaction with the staff reflected genuine hospitality. For the level of service, cleanliness, and comfort provided, Santika Padang offers excellent value. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Padang. Although, I would say to please provide more towels, i.e. hand towels.

We stay here for three nights for academic gatherings at Universities Andalas. Room was okay, breakfast okay with variety of menus, including some of Padang specialty. Coffee made of coffee bean or coffee leaf you may try here. It located at a strategic point of Padang city. If you are Muslim you may go to masjid SAHARA for prayer, within walking distance to the back of hotel. The recommended hotel, but not for budget travellers.

Not enough towel and tissue. Gave us lots of spring water though. Very nice hotel overall. Great breakfast. Very nice front office lady. Forgot to ask her name.
