Took my cat here a bunch of times and it’s always amazing how they treat and check all the tiny details to ensure your pet stays healthy and well.

This place doesn't smells good unlike other pet stores this place smells so nice the staff are very kind and the products are amazing and so much more I can't explain

The doctor is beautiful, kind, friendly, patient and provided a lot of insight for me as a pet owner so that I know more about pet care 🙂

Very satisfied with the abilities of the existing doctors, the art in handling patients is also quite good and the service is like really respecting clients, never tired of providing information / answers to pet conditions both via phone and WhatsApp, the place and equipment for inpatient care are clean, neat, and complete. My cat Kimi is also healthy now, thank you MVC, hopefully it can add & maintain the advantages of this clinic in the future 👍👍

The doctor and the staff is very friendly, after examining the patient (animal) they also provide education on why this disease can appear and how to deal with it even common people can understand. the cost of checking and medication is also not expensive. Very clean clinic, not smelly... Kind and attentive vet, explained my dog condition in detailed after under sterilization. Its a slim domestic mixed race dog, but they care for Kilo like part of the family. They still care afterwards. I really appreciate it. Thank you all the staff and vets... All the best

Nice dog cafe, probably the best one in town. All of the staffs here are so friendly to dogs, they all love dogs and often cuddles with them. Hygiene is very well maintained, no bad odor at all at the cafe. They serve coffee, tea, light bites, heavy meals, even kids meal and dogs meal. You can bring your kids here to play, it’s a kids friendly cafe. They have many varieties of dogs, small to big ones, and all are friendly. I often bring my dogs here to play and groom. The groomer named Ismail is very nice and professional, he’s very gentle to dogs, my dogs also love him. One satisfied customer here🙋🏻‍♀️ Chloe & Clara ‘s mom 🐾

The price much cheaper than other pet shop in Medan. The seller skilled in product knowledge as well as treat the customers patiently. Located at jl. Merak Jingga, in between emerald hotel and jw marriott hotel.

This place is ridiculously expensive. One of the most expensive Veterinary Clinic in Medan. Price for their services are more expensive than for human. They are so used to have us pet lovers forking out big amount of money for our beloved pets and taking full advantage of that. Please think twice before visiting this clinic. We brought our cat to their place and had to pay ridiculous price for their services.
