(+) Service is very fast. (+) Staff are very responsive via WhatsApp & friendly. I'm not sure if the rest of the service is good, because we brought our corgi for annual vaccination here. (-) Far from city center (-) Lots of mosquitoes Though the location is slightly far from the city center, I would definitely come back again.

Place is quiet but clean, staff are all very dedicated. But the price is a bit higher than the other vet I've been. However, perhaps when they check the pets, they were really thorough. Just took a stray kitten which was run thru by some reckless driver. Even though I told them that I am not the owner, but somehow the doc and staff hold me accountable to take care of it til it's recovered well. That is how animal loving kinda clinic it is. Met a failed kidney dog, a broken leg pup, a bunch of sterelised cats there. Each of the pet got the same treatment by the staff.

Friendly nurses, one of the cleanest clinics I've visited, and it's quite comfortable to wait around for hours there. More expensive than other clinics I've visited (consultation costs 100k) but offers more complete services like urine test, blood test, etc. Petshop and grooming service available too. Can be contacted via whatsapp but takes a while to respond so it's not recommended to seek first aid via whatsapp during an emergency, phone calls might or might not be answered immediately. Parking cars can be difficult as the clinic is located at a narrow street. My pet gets better after the treatment there right after finishing its meds for a week. I've decided to make it my go-to vet.
