a year agoGladly found this place when i browsed through internet. It’s pretty hard to find at first because it’s located in the middle of dense settlement. It is always better and convenient to use the pick-up and drop services that they’re provide. Inside, the pet hotel is sitting at the third floor of the house. It is very clean, neat, and tidy. The owner also very friendly, and helpful. Other than 24 hour CCTV access, they also provide daily basis report, food for our cats, and also grooming service. Its definitely one stop service. Very convenient to any of you wanted to entrust your beloved cats while you’re away. Definitely recommended.

a month agoThis is the second time we've left our pets (4 of them) here because we're going on a trip abroad. The staff always provide daily updates on their condition via CCTV. We're satisfied with the service provided. 👍👍

a year agoSpacious room, two-way CCTV inside, flexible playtime. But be careful! Hotel paint is the most dangerous!! The kids are so comfortable they don't want to go home.

2 years agoI've boarded my pet, Milo, here three times. The place is clean, cool, and very comfortable for pets. There's an outdoor playground too! Pets are invited to play every day, and they have 24/7 CCTV access. The owner, admin, and Mas Cecep are very friendly! And very helpful too. Highly recommended for pawrents. Don't worry, they are in good hands🫶🏻

a month ago5 stars really, during Eid, I left it here, thank God, the older siblings are very kind and caring, I can check on CCTV too, the cat was also not upset when he came back, very patient, the food was also really taken care of, thank you sis.
