I've only had one cat grooming session here. I told the cashier from the start that the cat is quite aggressive. I mean, if you really can't or aren't capable, just refuse from the start. Suddenly, I heard that my cat was on the rampage. When I arrived, it got loose. Without any initiative from you, how could you catch it? If my cat had gone missing, what would you have done to hold me accountable? What's even funnier is that you offer a grooming service but don't have any anti-scratch gloves and bathe your cat outdoors. Bad experience!!!

The store is well-stocked, affordable, and the service is friendly and clean. It's absolutely fantastic. I recommend anyone who wants to go there, just go ahead.
