Our cat stayed here for 4 MONTHS while waiting to relocate her overseas and couldn't beee happier with the experience! This place truly became like a second home for our 😺 On her first night in Jakarta (after flying from another island), their driver picked her up from the cargo terminal at the airport and patiently waited until 11 PM without any complaint 🥲 (Thank you!!). 🧑‍⚕️Their on-call vet, drh Faris was fast-response, incredibly helpful and experienced to treat/handle her rabies vaccination, microchipping, and went beyond for blood withdrawal for rabies titre test and sent it to the pet relocation agent. We are really thankful for his care and coordination with the cat hotel staff. 🧑 Their staff like Mas Rian and Mba Sarah were my cat's best best best friends. They understood my cat's personality quickly and were attentive. My cat was straight-up a stray before flying here and needed frequent out-of-room time. They let her have extra time whenever it was feasible. They kept us updated with her silly photos and unlocked many sides of her (Loves massage, clingy, and talkative) that we didn't really see before. The outdoor PLAYGROUND was a HUGE plus - one of the deciding factors when we chose a cat hotel in Jakarta. We even adore other cats staying there, eg AMAD 😂😙 Both Amad and Kitty went for a safe ride together (after getting our permission) around the neighborhood haha. What an experience! The admin was responsive, understanding, and always went extra mile to accommodate. The location is quiet, peaceful, very good for long-term stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for anyone looking for a reliable and loving place for their anabuls

My cat stayed in this cat hotel for a week. From the online appointment, the admin asked about my cat's eating habits, whether the cat needs extra playing time outside the “room” and other things that need to be tended. I emphasized my cat's drinking habits, so the water needs to be refilled often, and I can bring my cat’s own water dispenser. The food and snacks are already provided by the cat hotel, but I can also bring other food for my cat. It's good that the admin is detailed and flexible. When I got there, a caretaker helped me bring my cat to the hotel from the car. What I like the most is that the place looks spacious enough. There is also plenty of sunlight, but not too much, so it's not hot in the indoor area. There's also plenty of space in the outdoor area. Another great addition is that I can access the CCTV there through an application. The caretaker gave all the “pawrents” access, so I was told to be patience if the app a bit lagging. I could see my cat anytime I wanted through the app. The “room” itself is not cramped. There are 3 compartments in 1 room, they're all connected. The biggest one with a glass door, it's a place to eat and drink, and also nap; I could see this compartment through the cctv. The other 2 are pretty much the same size, with wooden door, 1 for sleeping at night, and 1 for the litter box. From the CCTV, I could tell that the room and indoor space are being cleaned everyday. The litter box is also being cleaned everyday. Twice a day I was being updated with my cat's condition. There's also scheduled playtime in the indoor/outdoor area for the cat 30 minutes per day. The playtime is arranged so that 1 cat won't play with other cats, unless they're 1 family, so they won't fight. Overall this cat hotel is great. All of the caretakers are nice and warm to my cat, especially Mas Rian. InsyaAllah I will take my cat to stay here again.

I left my cat here for a couple of months while I returned to America. The service was great. I received a video update everyday and had 24hr video surveillance access. My cat return back to us in normal condition and bigger and better than she was when I left. Thanks so much I will be definitely looking forward to using your service again. Very accommodating not only for us pawrents but also our little fluff balls. Super great facilities from playroom to personal scratcher inside each room. Highly recommended!
