a year agoIf we said pet hotel it is understated we should call it pet "HOME". It makes our pet starla feels like home. She sleep with the onty and treated like in our home. Thank you so much to take care our Starla when we cannot took her with us. It's a very pleasant first time, and definitely will come back in the future.

a month agoWe were so lucky to find Onty Nanna after struggling to find a reliable pet hotel that truly loves our pet. Thank you, Onty, for taking such good care of Brownie every day to the point where he didn't want to go home. 🤣🤣 Onty always provided comprehensive, proactive updates without being asked. She was also very attentive, checking his behavior and asking if there was anything suspicious (worried our pet was sick or something). She was truly attentive 🥹🥹 She also took him for walks often so he could sniff around and relieve stress, so he never got bored. We can't thank you enough. And I highly recommend Onty Nanna Pet Residence if you want to leave your pet with you while on vacation, worry-free!!
