This pet shop has been my go-to place since it first opened because: 1. I absolutely love the super friendly service from the owner, the cashier, and the groomers. Chatting with them is like being best friends. No one is rude at Pucil except Nibel, the mujaer cat who rules Pucil ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah 🤣🤣🤣 2. The shop's cleanliness and fragrance are top-notch, even down to the restrooms. 3. The neatness of the product layout and the complete labeling of product names and prices. 4. All the employees have excellent product knowledge whenever customers have questions about the products sold or the facilities offered. 5. It's very close to my house, only a 5-minute drive. I can walk, but I'm too lazy, haha ​​🤣🤣🤣🤣 6. Free shipping for groceries/delivery of pets after bath time when I don't have a car at home. 7. Food, equipment, supplies, and accessories are varied and many are cheap. Cat collars can be purchased starting at 5,000, food bowls starting at 10,000, dry food starting at 22,000, wet food starting at 6,000, dry grooming starting at 35,000, healthy grooming starting at 50,000, and healthy stay at 50,000/night in an aluminum cage. If the aluminum cage is full, they switch to a regular metal cage for 35,000/night. The downside is that this pet shop doesn't have a veterinarian on duty at the clinic, so they can't accept sick cats. I would give 5 stars if there were a vet and inpatient facilities for sick cats.

My 2 pets were groomed at home (home service) it turns out the groomer is really patient and meticulous, very different from other pet groomers (I always do home service) one of my cats is always fierce when bathed by other people but when held by groomer Pucil, my cat doesn't get upset at all, very calm, the groomer is really patient and the way she handles a fierce cat is really good, really top service even though it's until sunset because I asked for a tiger cut but the service is not too rushed, and all the items are really cheaper than other pet... keep up the good work Pucil
