2 years ago[SUPER RECOMMENDED] All the owner and staff is very friendly, compassionate, nice, and caring to our fur baby. They frequently update via video or chat, they ask if they can give free snack, and they give tips about how to take care of our loved one. They play with and teach tricks too! And what I love most is they do not keep our pet in cage 24 hours, they let them to play in the playpen. That's quite rare! The most important thing that our fur baby is happy, well fed, and healthy! Thanks, Chiyo! Will be a regular here. :)

a year agoMy puppy loves it here! The owner & staff is very helpful, they update me every once in a while during daycares, cares for my puppy, and very clean! Definitely will be a regular here

4 weeks agoAlways satisfied when leaving pets at Chiyo Pet Hotel. I'm a regular customer every time I go out of town, I always leave them here. I update videos every day. My cat is not traumatized, in fact, he looks really happy there. Recommended🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻. I also leave them often, plus grooming, so my house smells clean.

a year agoThe best!!! I've been a regular at Chiyo, Puffy & Kyoto are so happy at Chiyo. From the pet hotel, daycare, grooming, styling, everything is always Chiyo!! Cece is also very kind, even though she's often bothered by Puffy and Kyoto's antics 😆 Kyoto has even stayed there since she was a child until she was older 🤣 From the elekk Kyoto days to the glowup she has now 🤣 The best for Chiyo!!! Continued success for Chiyo!!! 🥰
