my cat went missing 3 weeks, finally found him in the gutter. Many grass and other things got stuck on his belly. Panicked, I went to Radhiyan Condet to get him checked and groomed. Unfortunately, the receptionist at Radhiyan said the groomer was full, and the doctor was busy (we have to queue she said). I asked to be prioritized, but she rejected and said (without checking my cat) that my case wasn’t an emergency (except my cat was hit by a car and dying). Not having my time to argue, I just said thanks and left. Then I went to Dr Paws. The reception was very kind, he immediately checked my cat and called his groomer friend to prioritize my cat (the queue for grooming was 19 cats!). Very helpful, kind, and have a good heart. Unlike Radhiyan.
