Actually me n bf really love this vet. The doctor always follow up about our cat's condition. My cat was got diarrhea for few days and we brought him here because this vet had very good reviews on Google. Our cat recovered so fast. After one week, we decided to neutering our cat here. We brought him at the morning. At the afternoon, the doctor called my bf, we were panicked at first afraid that something bad happened to our cat. Fortunately, the doctor just said that there was miscom with her assistant that her assistant shaved our cat's fur bcs he thought that our cat was a female (spaying). We felt relieved. So my bf picked our cat at evening. And after my bf arrived at home we just realized there were a bandage on our cat's body that was shaved before, and our cat meowed when we accidentally touched his bandage. My bf asked the doctor why our cat got bandaged and she said our cat was got "incisions" on his skin. The doctor offered us to gave our cat hospitalization for 3 days (free) as compensation for the mistook. So we brought our cat back to the vet and after 1 day we took him back home because his condition getting really better. So we decided to take him home faster. Overall the service was very good. If only they didnt make that mistake, we will give a perfect rating. The price also reasonable.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. My puppy got parvo and immediately followed by distemper. I was devastated. The 2nd virus was a death sentence for most, but I refused to give up. Lucky, Tridatu Veterinary is literally a few steps away from home. I setup a mini home care for my puppy at home with a close supervision from the vets there. They're all angels, full of love and genuinely care about pets. And that's exactly what you need when you're in despair. It was a bumpy road. The vets literally helped handle every situation and kept checking regularly. Drh Sunu, Dimas, Yeyen. All of them are equally qualified. Now my puppy recovered!! Oh yes, he eats a lot, plays a lot. He gaines weight slowly but sure.
