In my opinion, overall this hotel cat is 5 stars. The owner is friendly, clean (if the cat poops, it is cleaned immediately) and always gives news about our cat's condition without being asked first. The room is air-conditioned. There is no unpleasant smell here. There is time to play. They also provide grooming services ❤️. For me, the place is comfortable, because my cats refuse to go home from here. Thank you Hora cat✨

So happy, so satisfied. At first, I was skeptical about whether it would be that good, but it turns out to be top-notch. The owner always keeps Yuki (our cat) updated. She updates him on every meal and playtime. She sends him HD videos. She even gives him complimentary snacks and grooming. So, I can rest assured when I leave Yuki there when I go out of town. This is truly a hotel cat. Thanks Billy, thanks Eunike. Keep up the good work 🤟👍 And I'll definitely be back 🤭

A super nice and luxurious pet hotel. My pet (Cici) is so comfortable that even when I pick her up, she doesn't want to leave her cage. 😅 The room is air-conditioned, there's a playground and she can play with it so she doesn't get stressed. The cage is always cleaned, the litter is made from environmentally friendly tofu. Even the eye discharge from Cici's eyes is cleaned. And last but not least, I always get updates on our pet every day. The beeest! 🫶🏻 I'm sooooooooo satisfied with the service. I don't have to worry about leaving my pet at Hora Cat Hotel when I'm out of town. Thank you so much, sis ❣️❣️
