3 weeks agoAlways satisfied with the service. Our cat truly feels loved here. She is usually quite aggressive during baths at other places, but here she is calmer. Perhaps it's because of the cat-friendly ambiance. The space is bright and open, and pawrents can watch through a large aquarium-style glass window. It helps our cat feel more relaxed and accompanied. Moreover, the staffs genuinely care about cats and are incredibly patient. They take time to gently comfort her before grooming, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. All the best for Arnamir.

a year agoStarting from Arnamir Sultan Agung in 2021, until now, the opening of the 5th branch of Arnamir in Joglo, we never want to change the grooming place, especially when my cats (MicMic) have their favorite groomer (mas Ryan). The place is clean, the service is friendly, and patient with my introverted cats (MicMic), making them comfortable. Really recommended. I would like to say Congratulations on the opening of the 5th branch of Arnamir in Joglo and the continued success of Arnamir.
