Staff are extremely helpful and professional and provide excellent grooming service. Sent my dogs for tick and flea removal and also a shave and the results were great! Good array of products as well

Just want to give a 5 star thumbs up for this amazing Pet Shop. They have well i think nearly everything & because Living World are now pet friendly they are so handy if U need something. They sold me a cat tree that was already in pieces a few weeks later and never answered my messages where I was trying to either get it repaired or replaced. Update: after they replied to my review, I contacted them again, and again, no answer. They only replied to save face online but aren’t committed to actually providing a solution.

Complete and clean pet shop located at Living World Denpasar in the parking area on the B1 floor. Hopefully there will be more milk variants for kittens and puppies.
