The service from all the staff was friendly and the results of grooming my cat were quite clean and I was given education on every problem regarding my pet. At first I didn't believe that the whole of Bali would be called, but it turned out they also came to my house in Karangasem.

I've used this grooming service three times, and all three times it's always been done by the same groomers. Each time, before starting the job, I always remind them not to cut the antennae on my Maine Coon, as this is a characteristic of the breed. But what happened? Today, the groomer cut my Maine Coon's antennae. I tried to complain about this to the admin. The admin simply said, "Our staff miscommunicated and said the fur would grow back." I was truly disappointed and didn't expect them to be in the business of caring for pets, which are of course the customers' beloved pets. They so easily said the fur would grow back. 👍 What if your beloved child's eyelashes or eyebrows were cut until they were bald? ❓ Aren't you annoyed? Aren't you disappointed? Even though it's clear that the fur can grow back? I submitted this complaint at 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., there was no Groomer's Ethics to contact me, let alone apologize. SMILE PETSHOP showed absolutely no Empathy.
