The cat isn't kept in a cage all the time, but is let out and played with. Guaranteed to never get bored. I left my pet here for 14 days. Coincidentally, my pet has been left at other places before, so I can compare the service. 1. In terms of price, Poyochan is quite affordable. They offer several package options. I happened to choose the cheapest package, but the service is the same. 2. The service at Poyochan is very thorough. I brought several additional items besides food, including vitamins, spray, and a collar. The Poyochan team not only feeds and cleans the litter box but also plays with it. My pet has gained weight and is eating a lot, a sign that he's happy with the right people. 3. Location. The location is easy to reach. However, from the front, it looks like a typical house, but it needs a sign or banner. It's currently under renovation. We hope to add more facilities soon. 4. Daily updates, at least with photos, and sometimes videos are also sent. I think the Poyochan team is truly avid pet lovers, as they can describe the development of their pets' personalities. For example, they might be shy and then start playing, or they might prefer to play in specific places (the team can provide information during updates). 5. Customer service. My first impression of using Poyochan's services was that the admins who responded to messages were truly friendly, informative, honest, and straightforward. There's also a separate procedure for booking. I hope the renovations are completed soon so the exterior looks neater and has CCTV access. If you're looking for a pet hotel that truly loves pets, this is the place. They're not just focused on profit; they truly provide excellent service.
