Please fix the system. We'll pay, bro, and doctor. We can afford whatever it is. The cats are locked in stuffy rooms. There's no air circulation either. Some cats that were initially fine become sicker. Of the many pets we've entrusted to Qtoen, 80% died, and 20 survived. The staff's attitude and reaction are also indifferent every time they pick up a deceased pet. They come to us, just making small talk, and at least we want to thank the doctor and nurses, even though they've passed away. They show no respect whatsoever.
