Good service to both the pets and the hoomans. The vets are soft spoken to the animals. They will talk thoroughly about what's going on with your furkids, no details left. Got my dog here for the vaccination shots and papilloma surgery and everything went splendidly well. On the lower cost, too!

I came here because I read glowing 5 stars review on google, but how disappointed I was when I took my cat there last month. I had suspicion that my cat had fleas because I woke up with my feet had red itchy bites. When I brought the cat here, the so-called vet checked my cat and said he was clean. I trusted her so I didnt do any flea treatment. Wrong!! After few days, new bites kept appearing on my feet despite I already fumigated the room twice (mind you it was expensive!). Then when I played with the cat, I saw fleas running around on his belly! My suspicion were true! I returned to the vet, and she didn't even say sorry. Her communication throughout the whole ordeal, if anything, was poor. She kept on insisting to inject the cat with Ivomex despite I already asked if we could just use the drop on treatment like Revolution/Frontline. She kept saying no she couldnt and insist on the injection without explaining clearly why. Panicking with the fleas, I agreed in which now I regretted. She also told me to buy cheap Flea Collar that now I know from other vets will not work and just a gimmick. The worst thing she recommended me was to CAGE the cat so he doesn't get any fleas. I was so shocked and speechless... How could a vet suggested a cat to be CAGED????? After talking with more professional and better vets, they were all confused why the cat needed to be injected and not using the drop on instead which was the safer way for the cat. They were also so shocked with the cage suggestion. Luckily my cat is still healthy now, but it's still bad experience and I'll never return here again
