The team here saved our dog’s life. We brought him in after he accidentally ingested rat poison and quickly became critical. The team went straight into action and took immediate steps to comfort and heal him. The many steps and many interventions were clearly explained to us and we are delighted to take him home after 2 very emotionally (for us) and physically him(for our dog). Superb care. Skilled vets. Kind and caring team. Very professional. 5 stars across the board!

When I brought in the rescue cat to the vet on the second floor, I first asked the receptionist about the cost. She told me that the check-up would be free. Once inside examination room, I asked the doctor again about the fee. The doctor explained, there was a consultation charge 150k. That was totally fine to me, and as we continued talking, the doctor kindly mentioned that since the animal was a rescue, they would help by giving a 10% discount. but, I returned to the receptionist cuz have no budget to help this creature, so i asked again to confirm the fee. She stated the fee was 150,000 rupiah. I asked again about the discount the doctor had mentioned, but the receptionist said there was none. Please ensure that communication with customers is delivered confidently and without hesitation. It ain't bout the discount or cost, but rather about caring for rescued animals, with the hope that there are still people who care about wild animals
