2 years agoI have been a regular customer of drh. Ari Sapto Nugroho for quite a while. I'm not the type who likes to change vets so that medical records could be recorded properly unless something unpleasant happens. I have taken my 5 dogs here, including for cancer, allergies, sterilization, and pregnancy. The clinic is not big but clean, and there is a surgery room separated from the main area. The team has always been friendly and communicative.

4 years agoVery professional, friendly & caring. Lovely team whenever we have to visit - quite frequently recently with several cat & kitten issues!!! Always patient & happy to explain and advise. Costs of treatment are reasonable. Thoroughly recommend their skilled services.
