The pet shop management should teach their staff proper grooming procedures so there are no more victims.

The service is friendly. The place is very clean. The doctor is also very efficient. Furthermore, they have all kinds of pet supplies, such as food and accessories. The treatment costs are relatively affordable. In my experience, a cat deworming injection only cost me 50,000 Rupiah, which included vitamins. Highly recommended.
