My first time checking in here at the end of the year was very impressive. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by very friendly service until I was escorted to my room. The food was delicious. The fresh fruit was very good. And the swimming pool was free, the kids really enjoyed playing there. Buy clothes and typical Malang souvenirs there are also complete.

I hadn't noticed Batu Wonderland's location because it's a one-way street. ✅ Ample parking ✅ Friendly and helpful staff, who brought our luggage to our room without us having to ask. ✅ Elevator ✅ Fast check-in process, as it was peak season yesterday, so we had to wait a bit. ✅ Welcome drink ✅ Well-maintained hotel, with water dispensers in each hallway for refilling drinking water. ✅ Spacious room with 2 queen beds. ✅ Balcony with pool view. ✅ Water park. ✅ Coffee break at 5:00 PM. ✅ Free snack: a jar of peanuts. ✅ Mini fridge. ✅ Clean, spacious room with complete and well-functioning facilities. ✅ Bonus: delicious meatballs are available in the afternoon in front of the parking lot. Definitely worth trying. ✅ Water park is quite spacious. You can rent life jackets or buy them in-store. Prices are as cheap as online. 40,000 Rupiah for a life jacket ✅ The water park is open to the public, with an entrance fee of 25,000 Rupiah. CMIIW NOTE: Some of the water slides are a bit slippery; please be careful during maintenance. Overall, thank you, Batu Wonderland. We hope to continue improving our quality and service.

Hotel nya kids frendly,banyak playgroudnya anak2 pasti suka.staff nya jg ramah.ada coffe breaknya juga.hanya saja kebersihan kamar yg dibawah2 tempat tidur dan kursi msh kurang jd bs diperhatikan lg.makanannya enak

The hotel is cool, the service is friendly, there's a coffee break, and free entry to the water park. The rooms are clean, and the bathrooms have hairdryers.
