So, besides pet grooming, this place also offers home service and a pet hotel. Honestly, I've never tried the pet hotel/home service, so I'll review the studio's grooming service! The studio is located in the Padanggalak area of ​​Sanur. It's close to the bypass, but sometimes you can miss it if you're not aware. So, it's NOT next to the bypass. You have to turn onto Jalan Padanggalak first, and the studio is on the right (if entering from the bypass). I think the prices are very affordable, starting at 70,000 Rupiah for a simple bath and grooming for small dogs. The results are neat, fragrant, and clean, and the staff listens to customer requests. For example, I asked for my pet's bottom to be shaved short, and he understood what I meant so that no poop or pee would get stuck. Speaking of cons, I have two: the grooming area has several large dogs (in cages), so sensitive pets might be scared. Luckily, my furry little one, even though he's scared because he'll definitely smell other dogs (and bigger ones too), wasn't too bothered because after grooming he was playing quietly on the sofa. Secondly, I think this is present in any place that involves animals: smell. Not a bad, rotten smell or anything, but an animal smell. So for those who aren't used to dog odor, it might bother them, but they'll get used to it over time. I personally don't think these two things detract from the quality of the grooming, especially since the place is clean. So, it's a minor issue, but if this matters to you, you can opt for a home service instead, so it's done in your own home. Besides the affordable price, the service is also friendly, and the results are the neatest compared to other services I've tried. So I dare to recommend this because I don't think recommending a pet grooming service can be done carelessly, after all, they're furry mothers, haha. Anyway, if you want to come to the studio, you can watch the entire grooming process because the grooming area and the waiting area are separated by a large glass window. They also provide free snacks and hot drinks that you can make yourself while you wait. There are also books if you get bored and want to read while sitting on the sofa. Overall, I was very satisfied with the grooming of my pets here. Maybe next time I need to travel far, because the pet hotel also seems recommended. I hope this information helps!
