Hôtel pretty nice , all the staff are very lovely , they might learn Little more english for the communication but everything nice . Mister Dwikl is perfect for all situation inside the hôtel and always kind and know how to give information about everything. Thanks for all Philippe Lacasa

I recently stayed at Aston Inn Batu and had an overall pleasant experience. The location is excellent—close to many attractions and offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was smooth, and the hotel amenities were impressive for the price point. The room was comfortable, well-furnished, and provided a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast had a good variety and was quite tasty, with options that catered to different tastes. The rooftop restaurant and pool were definite highlights, offering a great place to unwind and enjoy the scenery. However, I did notice an issue with cleanliness that slightly affected my impression. One of the drinking glasses in our room wasn’t properly cleaned and still had visible spots on it, which made me question the attention to detail in housekeeping. While it wasn’t a major issue, it’s something that could be improved for a more polished experience. Despite this small flaw, I would still recommend Aston Inn Batu to other travelers. It offers great value, good service, and a comfortable stay in a great location. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, it could easily earn five stars.
