This is the first time I bring my 6 years old red toy poodle to Helen. I love the way she style my dog in every way. She patiently took 3 hours to groom him and I can tell my dog wasn’t stressed when I pick him up. She response and communicated thru WA quickly. It was a wonderful experience ! Happy Pets Hotel is fantastic. Helen and her assistant are great. My toy Aussie dog has stayed there several times and despite his nervousness around new people, they quickly made friends with him and he even doesn't mind a haircut or bath if I request. She sends pictures when I ask so that I see that he's ok and they also will play a bit with him. Best to contact them via WhatsApp. I totally trust and recommend Happy Pets Hotel!
