The shop is small but quite well-stocked. The staff is friendly and willing to give tips without having to ask. Besides being friendly to customers, this pet house is also friendly to cats, always providing food. Great.

I've been a member and subscriber at the JJ Pet House Pemogan branch for over two years. What keeps me comfortable and confident shopping here is the incredibly friendly staff. Since I started shopping here, they've changed staff several times, but the new ones remain friendly and pleasant. Besides the friendly staff, they're also willing to provide information and suggestions regarding pet products, including food, snacks, and pet medications. The stock here is surprisingly comprehensive for such a small store. They even stock pet medications like flea and tick medication, vitamins, deworming medication, and more. I also regularly groom my beloved dogs and cats here. Besides the friendly groomers, they also make sure my dogs and cats are comfortable during the grooming process. The results are also satisfying. In short, for anyone living in the Pemogan area, especially the Jalan Mekar area, I highly recommend this place for all your pet needs.

I don't recommend this place for dog grooming. I've already instructed them not to cut their fur too short. Ah, never mind, the rice has become porridge. You're terrible.
